This policy explains what information OrderedHits collects through orderedhits.com, how we use it and the choices you have. OrderedHits is based in Toronto, Canada.
Information you give us
When you request a case study, we ask for your name, your email address, your app or company and, if you choose, a link to your app. We also note which case study you asked for.
When you book an intro call, you book it through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your information to review your request, reply to you, share the case study if it's a fit and follow up about working together. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it's stored
Case study requests are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Gmail). Calendly stores the bookings made through it. These providers may store data outside Canada.
Information collected automatically
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers. If you play a video embedded from YouTube, YouTube's privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email us at [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
